GHL.Support is a free tutorial library for people learning GoHighLevel, the all-in-one marketing and CRM platform. Every article is written for complete beginners: short sentences, numbered steps, plain English, and pictures that show exactly where to click.

What this site is not

This is not an official HighLevel website. GHL.Support is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to HighLevel Inc. in any way. We do not speak for them, we cannot access your account, and we cannot provide official support. For official help, use the support channels inside your GoHighLevel account.

How the site makes money

The tutorials are free to read and always will be. To pay for the time it takes to write and update them, we use affiliate links. When you sign up for GoHighLevel through one of our links, the company pays us a commission. You pay nothing extra — the price is the same either way.

That relationship never changes what we write. If a feature is confusing, we say it is confusing. If a beginner should skip something, we say skip it.

Our content rules

• Every article is written in our own words. We never copy official documentation.
• Every image is an original illustration we created. We never reuse official product screenshots or branding.
• We aim tutorials at a 6th–7th grade reading level on purpose. Simple is kind.
• We date our updates, because software changes and stale instructions waste your time.

Software updates can move buttons around. If a step in any tutorial no longer matches what you see, we want to know so we can fix it for the next reader.
