TLDR: GoHighLevel plans come in three tiers at HighLevel’s list price as of September 15, 2026: Starter at $97 per month, Unlimited at $297, and Agency Pro at $497. All three give you unlimited contacts and users, and the differences are sub-accounts, rebilling, API access and SaaS Mode. If you own one business, Starter is the plan built for you.
Your answer is the Starter plan at $97 monthly ($970 annual), which includes three sub-accounts and every core feature of the platform a single business owner needs.
You own a business. You pay your marketing agency somewhere between $500 and $3,000 a month, the range we see most often. Part of that buys a login to a “custom CRM” that texts your leads, books your appointments and asks for reviews. Here is the fact that changes the conversation: that CRM is often a HighLevel sub-account, and HighLevel publishes what it costs. Your job is to know that number cold before your next renewal call.
This guide gives you the three list prices from HighLevel’s own pricing page, the usage fees that sit on top, and the mechanics of how your agency resells the platform under its own brand. You also get three plain questions that settle which plan fits your business.
What are the three GoHighLevel plans and their prices?

I read HighLevel’s pricing page and its pricing guide before writing this, and both confirm the three subscription tiers you’re comparing here: Starter, Unlimited and Agency Pro.
HighLevel sells three subscription plans directly, and all three give you unlimited contacts and unlimited users. The differences are sub-accounts, resale tools and API access. Here are the numbers: HighLevel’s list price as of September 15, 2026, with the annual figures from the same source. Your decision starts with this table.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Built for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $97 | $970 | One business, up to 3 sub-accounts, unlimited contacts and users |
| Unlimited | $297 | $2,970 | Agencies: unlimited sub-accounts, rebilling at cost and Basic API Access |
| Agency Pro | $497 | $4,970 | Agencies that resell: SaaS Mode and rebilling with markup |
Read the third column closely. HighLevel built Starter for you, the owner of one business. Unlimited and Agency Pro serve the company that sells you access. Every plan includes contact management, pipeline management, calendars, appointment scheduling, workflow automation, email marketing, SMS marketing, funnels, landing pages, and reputation management. HighLevel publishes a 14-day free trial for new customers on all three plans.
What does the Starter plan include and what does it leave out?

Starter gives you 3 sub-accounts, unlimited contacts, unlimited users and 24/7 support. Your feature set includes email and SMS marketing, inbound and outbound calling, appointment scheduling, CRM and pipeline tools, reputation management with review requests, workflow automation, forms and surveys, and a mobile app. HighLevel’s plan box gives your Starter plan all core features, so the list keeps going with social media management, payments and invoicing, courses and communities.
What Starter lacks matters only if you resell. You do not rebill phone and email usage to sub-accounts, so every usage charge draws on your own wallet and card. HighLevel’s plan boxes add Basic API Access on Unlimited and Advanced API Access on Agency Pro, so test any API calls you need during your trial. You do not get SaaS Mode, the feature that sells HighLevel accounts to your own clients and rebills their usage automatically. If you own one business, the rebilling and SaaS Mode gaps do not affect you.
What does the Unlimited plan add, and why is it built for agencies?

HighLevel’s plan box lists three Unlimited upgrades. First, sub-accounts: you get unlimited instead of 3. Second, Basic API Access. HighLevel’s pricing FAQ also says you have the ability to white-label the desktop web app, so an agency’s clients log in at a domain like app.youragency.com and see the agency’s logo, not HighLevel’s. A branded mobile app in the app stores is a different product, a separate add-on with its own monthly fee.
Third, rebilling without markup. When an agency enables it, the text and email costs your sub-account generates pass through to you at the same price HighLevel charges the agency. HighLevel charges the agency wallet first, and then the agency charges your sub-account for the usage it generated. The rebilling system deducts from your sub-account wallet automatically.
Agency Pro at $497 a month adds the final two pieces. One is SaaS Mode, which connects the agency’s own Stripe account and generates sub-accounts automatically. Clients sign up and pay the agency directly on its own pricing page. The second is rebilling with markup, which lets the agency charge more than cost for supported services and keep the difference as profit. When the agency adds a markup, HighLevel still charges the agency first, and your sub-account pays the agency’s marked-up price.
What costs sit on top of the monthly subscription?

The subscription buys the software. Sending things costs extra, and this is the part of your invoice worth reading line by line. HighLevel meters phone, text and email through its built-in LC Phone and LC Email services. According to HighLevel’s LC Phone pricing guide and its main pricing guide, both checked on September 15, 2026, your usage-based costs break down this way.
- A local phone number rents for $1.15 a month. A toll-free number is $2.15.
- Outbound and inbound text messages cost $0.00747 per segment before carrier surcharges.
- Outbound voice runs $0.0166 per minute. Inbound calls answered in the web or mobile app run $0.01165 per minute.
- HighLevel adds a fixed 5 percent markup on carrier pass-through charges at the location level.
- Email through LC Email costs $0.675 per 1,000 messages on every plan.
- AI Employee, if you want it, is $50 or $97 a month per location, or pay-per-use at token cost.
Your usage bill depends on your volume. One local number, 1,000 text segments, 5,000 emails and 300 outbound minutes come to about $17 a month at these rates ($1.15 + $7.47 + $3.38 + $4.98). Carrier surcharges, the 5 percent markup on them and your A2P campaign fee come on top, and our 12-month cost calculator adds them in. Usage still runs well under your $97 Starter subscription.
Which GoHighLevel plan do you need? Three questions decide it.

Start with question one: do you run one business or multiple? If one business, Starter is your answer. You get three sub-accounts, room for your business and a sandbox to test new automations, plus unlimited contacts and users and every core feature. You pay $97 a month or $970 annually. One question in, you have your answer.
If you run multiple businesses or you sell access to clients, question two matters: do you need more than 3 sub-accounts? If not, Starter still covers you. If yes, Unlimited at $297 monthly adds unlimited sub-accounts, rebilling without markup and Basic API Access. A branded mobile app in the app stores costs extra on top of that, as a separate add-on.
Question three: do you want to sell HighLevel accounts to your own clients and rebill their usage with a markup? That is SaaS Mode, and it lives on Agency Pro only. If you want that, you are on the $497 plan. If you do not need automatic rebilling with markup, Unlimited at $297 is where you stop. If you own one business, your path is Starter at $97.
The right plan for a single business owner

You own a business. You do not need white-label. You do not need unlimited sub-accounts. You do not need to resell the platform to your customers.

Your questions about GoHighLevel plans, answered

Does the free trial include all plan features?
Yes. You get full access to the features of your chosen tier during the 14-day free trial. You set up your account, build funnels and test automations before the subscription bills. Cancel before the trial ends and the subscription never charges you, though phone, text, email and AI usage during the trial still draws on your wallet.
Can I move from Starter to Unlimited later?
Yes. You upgrade from Starter to Unlimited or Agency Pro whenever you choose, and you pay only the prorated difference on a mid-month upgrade. You also downgrade if your needs change.
Does the Starter plan have enough API access?
HighLevel’s core feature list includes API Access, and your Starter plan carries all core features. HighLevel’s plan boxes add Basic API Access on Unlimited and Advanced API Access on Agency Pro. If your workflow depends on the API, test the calls you need during your 14-day trial before you settle on Starter.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. HighLevel operates on a month-to-month basis. You stop your account at any time directly from your dashboard. Read HighLevel’s terms of service when you sign up, so you know when billing starts and stops.
What if I outgrow the Starter sub-account limit?
The Starter plan includes 3 sub-accounts. If you need more, upgrade to Unlimited, which gives you unlimited sub-accounts. HighLevel’s own pricing FAQ says Starter’s 3 sub-accounts make it perfect for a single business owner or a new agency.
Do I connect my own domain and branding on Starter?
HighLevel’s pricing FAQ says you connect custom domains for all your funnels and websites and have the ability to white-label the desktop web app, and it ties neither to a plan. Test the branded login during your 14-day trial before you count on it. A branded mobile app in the app stores is a separate add-on with its own monthly fee. Our white label guide shows how the branding works.
Do I pay for usage during the free trial?
Usage-based charges apply during the trial for phone, text, email and AI features if you use them. Billing begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you stop it. The base subscription does not apply during the trial, so your only costs are usage. Our GoHighLevel pricing guide shows what you pay once billing starts.
Which plan is yours? Start it under your own name.
Sign up for your own HighLevel account through our link and we migrate your contacts, pipelines, calendars, automations and funnels into it at no charge. You pay HighLevel directly, from $97 a month.
